Interactions with CAMZYOS (mavacamten) and other medicines

Some medicines, over-the-counter medicines and herbal supplements can affect the way CAMZYOS works. Before stopping or changing the dose of a medicine or starting a new medicine, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

Some medicines can increase the amount of CAMZYOS in your body and make it more likely for you to get side effects that may be severe. Other medicines can reduce the amount of CAMZYOS in your body and may reduce its beneficial effects.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medicines mentioned in Section 2 of the Package Leaflet
